Founded by Shannon Brodlieb (Crossman) in October 2013, our studio emerged from a vision — to create a beautiful, calm, and serene studio where the classical Pilates Method could flourish. Shannon's singular focus centers around the restoration of the Pilates Method to its original essence — as it was intended long ago. Her ultimate passion is in teaching where her number one priority will always be YOU and meeting each and every individual need!

Pilates is a workout that you can do daily, and not have to recover the next day. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week, if you're looking for change.
We recommend wearing comfortable tops and bottoms. Please avoid wearing overly baggy attire, as that hinders our ability to assist you with proper alignment.
